Can I Use the Trinity and Product Logos?

Yes. As an authorized Trinity Dealer, you can download all available logos and other graphics from the Marketing section of the TDA Center.


What Happens If I Forget My User Name and Password Necessary to Access the TDA Dealer Website?

E-mail us (info@trinityrealtime.com) and we will email your username and password after verifying your identity. Or you can telephone us and provide the requested identification information and we will give you the username and password by phone.


How are Trinity's Software Products Sold?

All standard packages are sold on a one-time cost basis whereby the customer buys a ‘life-time use license’ for the software program and permanently owns it. There are NO annual license renewal fees or other mandatory fee obligation. An optional Software Maintenance Contract (SMC) can be purchased that entitles the licensee to unlimited support and automatic notification and access to updates, patches, bug fixes, and other enhancements as they become available. The Single-Server SMC costs $200 per year. Dealers receive a discount of between 35% and 50% on the standard program cost, plus a flat 33% commission on all SMC sales.


What Does It Cost to Join TDA?

There is NO COST to join the Trinity Dealer Association. There are no annual dues, fees or hidden costs. Dealers that enrolled BEFORE December 31, 2002 will NEVER be charged any membership fees for the full term they remain active Dealers.
