Web-Store Data Processed in Real Time

The real importance of CP Realtime is that it lets retailers process web-store data in real- time, at the same time it's collected from the customer. For the first time ever, CounterPoint users can collect purchase data from visitors to their web site and integrate it directly and invisibly into CounterPoint's Order Entry, Inventory Management and Account Receivable modules. It all happens transparently and fully automatic.

The second a particular item is ordered on the web-store site, the internal inventory count for that item is automatically updated within CounterPoint. Then, at invoicing, the income records are updated to reflect the new revenue from the web sale and finally, delivery instructions are automatically created and processed. And everything occurs in 'real-time'.

CP Realtime is available as a one-time install with renewable annual licenses. There are never any monthly fees or subscriptions to pay. And its fully warranted and supported by both your authorized Trinity Dealer and the parent company. CP Realtime runs on all levels of version 7.5 up to version 7.5.15.

CP Realtime supports both US, Canadian and International sales tax calculation. It even has an optional automatic 'Realtime Rates Locator' that determines and includes USPS and/or UPS shipping costs on each order, and displays the applicable fees at checkout. A FedEx tables and other user defined shipping  calculator interface is also available.  These rates can be displayed together at checkout in order to offer the most cost effective rate.
